We have just returned from a week's stay and have had a fantastic time. The appartment was excellent all round. The rooms were spacious, which is unusual in ski appartments, with plenty of clothes storage in both the main bedrooms. The bathrooms were lovely and hot water seemed unlimited. The best feature was the large, bright living / dining room, with wrap around windows and fantastic views of the mountains. The appartment was very well equipped, with everything from a top of the range raclette / grill, to a nespresso machine and enough mugs for eveyone!
Mme Girard, who met us with the keys, was helpful and ensured we knew how everything worked. The property was spotless on arrival and the comfortable beds made up with crisp white sheets. The owner, Beatrice, had left us a bottle of champage in the fridge and glasses on a tray, as a welcome, which was much appreciated.
The location is great if skiing is your priority - slopes outside the door, ski pass office, school etc...

We just spent half term here with our two boys aged 8 and 10. It suited us all perfectly - I was 'chalet girl' for the week as I don't ski and found the facilities better than I ever could have wanted from a holiday rental - no slumming it here in the kitchen! We ended up eating in much more than we had originally planned because it was so easy for the skiers to return at lunch time and with so much to look at outside, we had a better view (and meal!) than those in the restaurants below. The Bistro de l'Oree, located next door was perfect for those dinners and one lunch we wanted to eat out; however, they are happy to do takeout as well.

There was more storage space than we could fill, the beds were comfortable and in general, the apartment was very spacious.

The bus stop with very frequent free bus service down to central Meribel was just over the road - perfect for daily jaunts to provision, and for those who are into apres ski - there's the Rond Point over...
