This was a very nice cabin, and the reason I gave it four stars instead of five was because the water pressure was poor, making it tough to shampoo my curly thick hair. And we could not figure out the living room TV - got "no signal" for everything we tried. Instructions would have been nice, but we didn't come for TV anyway and the built-in DVD player in the TV in the loft was good for videos for the kids.
The cabin was very clean. The living area was small, with comfy seating for four, but more seating available in dining area. Kitchen was well equipped, although it did have the "cheapest and smallest fry pan ever" that somehow seems standard for every rental I've been to. Beds were comfy and loft upstairs nice and roomy for the kids, with a half bath and sink. The view from the loft is outstanding.
The location is very close to Townsend, but private. Nice view outside, great porch, tons of room for the kids to play outside. Hot tub...
