Not sure if cabin 603 and cabin fever are same, but I will comment on cabin fever. Log cabin in smoky mountains. You walk in and feel at home, very relaxed and comfortable. Very well furnished including hot tub, pool table and arcade machine. King and queen size beds. Privately owned. Fantastic view, wrap around deck with lots of seating. If you want to escape and regenerize, this is the place for you. Lots of entertainment in town for kids and adults. Good price. Would definitely return. Please treat this cabin as you would your own home, I noticed wine spilt on one of the couches and no attempt was made to clean it.
