Heart of Sunny Isles Beach! This beautiful condo is located on the inter-coastal waterway and only one minute walk to the beach. The condo has a view of both the ocean and the new Heritage Park. The park has two playgrounds, a water play area, basketball court and a leash free enclosed dog park. There are plenty of fabulous restaurants within walking distance. From the condo there is a free shuttle that goes to South Beach and to Aventura Mall. There is a beautiful resort style pool and a 24-Hour attended gatehouse. One parking space is included. There is a washer and dryer on the floor. The kitchen and the living room are very spacious. The condo has been newly renovated with beautiful marble floors. There is lots of closet space. Great Area! Convenient with something to do for everyone.
