The cottage was wonderful, a real home from home. It had everything that we needed for our stay. We had glorious weather so only used the log burner a couple of times which made the cottage feel even cosier. The garden was so lovely to sit in, great view of the sea and we saw a few sunsets. We had a lovely stay and the facilities in the cotttage were excellent. The downside was we arrived at 7.30pm on a very cold wet evening and the cottage was freezing, we were soaked and very cold and it did take all evening to warm up. We were very sorry to learn of the problems with the heating through this review - Being January we had provided additional logs and several packs of eco heat-logs at no extra cost - had we known of the problem we may have been able to offer assistance as we are always on hand to call 24/7, there is also... more

we had a super week at Hwylfa Groes (even if the weather didn't quite play ball all the time!) Some lovely walking straight from the cottage, plenty to see and do in the area and the local pub (5 mins walk) is excellent.
