    The apartment consists of a Master bedroom with double bed, and en-suite with purpose built shower. A triple bedroom with bunk-beds and a single bed. And a third bedroom with a multi-way bed, which can be made up as a Twin or a Double room - the room will be a double as standard, or as a twin with a single and a small single bed on request. There is also a travel cot available for a baby, and by arrangement we can provide a toddler bed suitable for a child up to 3 (please allow 28 days notice) Note, if you wish to make use of both the cot and toddler bed we have to remove one of the single beds to make room. The apartment sleeps 7 + a child up to 3 very comfortably, but we recommended a maximum of 5 adults for comfort.

    By car - Located a short drive from Edinburgh and easily accessible by car with plenty of parking. From the eastern end of the Edinburgh City Bypass (A720) at the junction with the A1, take the eastern exit signposted to the services, this will lead you to another small roundabout, turn right here and follow Monktownhall Terrace until you reach a T junction (on your right here is a large Tesco store, in front of you the river). Turn left and follow the road until you reach the next roundabout (there are Iceland and Aldi stores here) turn right here, you'll quickly come to a set of traffic lights were opposite you will see a Shell Petrol station, turn left here and first right and you will be in front of the apartment block, the car park entrance is about 20 meters of the left.

We brought our Australian children back to Musselburgh for a cold Christmas this year and were tremendously pleased with the Quayside Apartment, especially the warm welcome and little touches that Steve and Teresa laid on, like the decorations and lights, that helped make the kids feel at home. The place had a great location...we visited Edinburgh from here which was 30 mins by bus. Very quiet location with a great view from living area. Amenities close by. Clean apartment with all basic needs. more
