    Property description
    Rental Home –
    3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, Sleeps 6
The church was converted into residential dwellings in 1994 and consists of three houses - the Tower, the Nave and the Chancel. The Chancel still retains the large East window just beyond the alter area, which is now one of the many features adorning this unique house.

Much of the original stained glass has been retained in all the windows, especially the magnificent East window, which overlooks the Purbeck Hills.

The Chancel is an absolutely beautiful, unique and impressive property. It is in the perfect location for Monkey World and the Tank Museum. I would also highly recommend a trip to Old Wardour Castle which is about 40miles North. The Chancel is perfectly equipped and my family of four were very comfortable there. I particularly enjoyed having meals in the... more

We had a fantastic time staying at this lovely property. The conversion has created a most unique place to stay and the location makes it a great base for sightseeing in the Purbeck area. My only disappointment is that we could only get away for a short break, we would love to have stayed longer. A special mention goes to...
