After two weeks staying in hotels, we enjoyed a relaxing self catering few days. The apartment was extremely comfortable and well equipped, and superbly located - very peaceful, certainly at this time of year, yet an easy walk or cycle to beach, cafe/bar/restaurant and shop. Breakfasting on the terrace, walking to play tennis, cycling - we didn't need to use the car very much at all. A small shared pool right outside the apartment was welcome - but watch out, it may be closed from 1 October, whatever the weather. Superb food from "Fresh" supermarket a few miles away gave us all we needed for gourmet dinners. If you enjoy golf, the area is perfect. We don't, but still a wonderful place to stay.
