Each year a group of 6 friends get together for a catch up. This year it was to Byron Bay. 4 of us stayed at the Beach House. We arrived on Friday 18th July at 2.00pm and after speaking with Scott was advised that house was ready and to go on in. First glance of the property shows two dwellings, one at the front of the property with the beach house at the rear.
Entering the house via a large verandah which has a outdoor setting for entertaining. Inside downstairs there is one queen bedroom with plenty of wardrobe space, you can also access the verandah from this bedroom. It is situated just of the kitchen dining area with the only bathroom/toilet beside it. The bathroom is large and basic with the shower over the bath, there is also a hand held shower over the bath giving you two. The kitchen does what you need it to do, however groceries can only be stored on the counter top. There is a 4 seat dining table with a day bed in the open area.
