The presentation and the price set our expectations high and unfortunately we were disappointed.
All outdoor areas and furniture are dirty and poorly maintained
The two "boats" are equally old and decrepit (make sure you wear a lifebelt !)
The 4th downstairs bedroom (we nicknamed the "dungeon") is a great novelty location just above the water but is cold and damp, especially when we first arrived.
Thin synthetic duvets and poor quality mattresses
No dishwasher (8 people !)
In summary it has been, and could be again, a great three bedroom house in a lovely location but needs a large amount of TLC to regain its former glory.
