    The flat has great character with antique furniture, large windows with sea views both from the flat and from the top of a private garden. Outdoor access is via a steep stone staircase so not suitable for those with certain disabilities.

    The garden is large and contains a conservatory with amenities. Also a gas barbecue. Ideal for walks both along the coastal paths and through inland routes. Historic Bristol within half an hour's drive. Plenty of cultural sites and night life.

    Clevedon itself has an excellent Italian restaurant and Chinese restaurant as well as a small traditional independent cinema run in part by local volunteers.

    The kitchen is quite large and is extremely well equipped with cutlery, crockery, and we even provide spices etc. if you want to cook from home.The bathroom contains bath, toilet, and shower. The bedroom has one double bed with reading lamps and a work desk with Apple Mac computer. The lounge is large and has excellent views overlooking the town and coast and has a large dining table which can be extended to seat 6. Although we can accommodate 2 adults there is informal sleeping arrangement with sofa bed in the front room or even in the conservatory in the garden. This could be suitable for 2 children over the age of 7 years.

Stayed here for the last 2 weeks in November while on a course at the nearby Bristol Ground School. It is a lovely flat, spacious, well appointed, very comfortable and ideal for a holiday/business base.
