This property is in a great location for a beach holiday. Direct views of the beach (10 yards away) and close enough to monitor "tween" aged children playing on the beach from the balcony. The property is clean and functional with no major maintainence or decoration issues. There are a few minor decor items that show the place is in regular use, however these are actually somewhat comforting if you have children as I didnt feel paranoid about the kids "being kids" if the place was immaculate. Having the tumble dryer was also a great bonus keeping the kids clothes clean. The main living area/den/dining is well appointed, comfortable and south facing with a balcony - absolutely wonderful watching the sun rise while eating breakfast. Note for US renters, the process to rent involves wire transfers and other "processes" that are somewhat unusual, but the property manager was accomodating and worked with us to work through the issues.
