    Spacious, luxuriously appointed apartment comprising of large comfortable lounge with flat screen TV, DVD/CD player. The dining area seats six guests comfortably and there is a fully equipped kitchen, with washer /dryer and dish-washer. Two large bedrooms with ample wardrobe space, master bedroom having its own en-suite.The family bathroom has a bath with shower over. Further sleeping for two on bed settee in living area.

    The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, with lift access to all floors. The apartment is fully wheelchair- accessible.

    There is private allocated parking for each apartment, access controlled by a remote control fob.

    We do not charge a premium rate for school holiday periods, except for the Christmas Holidays, 18 December '13 - 3 January 2014, which is charged as High Season.


    All cancellations MUST be in writing with proof of any payment made.
    More than 56 days notice – full refund
    56 – 30 days notice – 50% of cost or full deposit retained, whichever is the greater
    Less than 30 days notice – 75% cost of rental retained.
    No show will result in total cost of rental being retained.

    Should you have to delay your arrival but still want to retain the remaining days, please call the owner to confirm and arrange a check-in time / day.

    We recommend that you take out holiday insurance with cancellation cover, when you make your reservation. This will cover any loss you may otherwise make on cancellation.

    Manchester city centre (Piccadilly railways station) is only 12 miles away, with regular services to Glossop. The apartment is within 5 minutes walking distance from station.

What a lovely apartment, very spacious and well equipped, plenty of room for 5 of us. Ideally placed near supermarkets, shops, bars and cafes and walking distance to station for train to Manchester. Great Security. I imagine in the summer it would be an ideal place for walking the Peak District. Would definitely recommend. more

Very nice flat, very family friendly ! We traveled with our 9 month old baby and it was perfect for us. Good location in Glossop, all facilties nearby, well equiped, decorated with taste, parking space for our car, and a very friendly welcome from Lynn and Marie. We'll sure rent it again next time we'll visit family ! more

We booked the apartment to go back to an area we once knew well. The whole booking process was excellent, and the apartment was exactly as advertised. It was spacious, spotlessly clean, nicely furnished and very comfortable. It is in a super position for discovering the area by car, or as we did, by train - just a 5 minutes... more
