We stayed here in February 2012. The location of the penthouse gives you one of the best views of Punta de Mita as well as the bay looking towards Puerto Vallarta. In the evening you can see the lights of PV in the distance while relaxing in the outdoor area. Having stayed both inside and outside of the gates of Punta Mita before, I would Highly recommend this unit as a first choice within the gates. It's a short walk to the beach or to restaurant row in town. The condo is equipped like no other with everything you could imagine. The furnishings are incredible and the condo is very nicely decorated with cool items from the region. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone and look forward to returning to this condo again in the near future.
