5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 10, 2012 for a stay in September 2012

The house is gorgeous and is exactly as depicted in pictures, or even better. The kitchen is extremely well supplied with miscellaneous ingredients and abundant cooking/dining utensils. The long dining table and spacious living room gave our group of nine lots of space to sit, eat communally and hang out. The many windows gave excellent views of the surrounding rolling hills and woods -- sunrises and sunsets were spectacular. The place was very clean, and the rooms were cosy. There are three bathrooms, but only one with a shower, so it took a bit of coordinating with our large group, but is definitely doable. We also liked the sound system, which made it easy to hook up an ipod, as well as the supply of board games. It was also fun to make use of the fire place and a barbeque grill. All in all, a highly recommended charming, restful escape to nature. We would love to come back again. more
