Week rental. It had the advertised waterfront and dock, the four bedrooms, nice game room (though advertised pin ball table is not available for use) and hot tub etc. It had a well equipped kitchen, too bad the gas stovetop barely put out enough BTUs to boil a big pot of water. If you were, say, trying to cook lobsters it would have taken hours. We wound up using the grill for almost all surface cooking, the oven was fine though.
What it also had were neighbors on both sides very close by (although they are nearly invisible as a result of plenty of trees). One side was noisy one side was quiet.
The exterior is pretty. The interior, while completely adequate and nearly new, is kind of artificial in a built-from-a-kit way and uses too many homogenous lighting and plumbing fixtures. It looks like everything was bought on the same day and at the same sale at Home Depot. The garage wing was unfinished and off limits. The AC took awhile but eventually did its job. All in all...
