We staid 2 nights and loved the place.
Warm welcome and very friendly attention from owner.
They have newly rebuilt large rooms –specially accommodated for families/small group of friends– with all the comfort expected.
We were unlucky with the weather… otherwise we could have sunbathed and would have enjoyed swimming in the pool… instead we admired the nicely planted property and its small lake… most probably the greatest (easiest) place for fishing :-)
We took the car to visit the medieval village of Monflanquin and its fortified "Bastide", as well as some other places around, all very typical and nice.
Of course, the area is also well-known for its wines that we tasted while having nice meals. There is a large variety of restaurants for all budgets in a short driving distance. more
