From this houses' location you'll have your pick of beaches south along Vineyard Sound and north along Buzzards Bay, many of them within walking distance and all within range of a short bike ride. You'll also have you're pick of both Falmouth and Woods Hole restaurants, bars and shops.

Upper Cape Cod has no shortage of active pursuits in the summer months, including fishing charters, kayaking, sailing tours, boat charters, windsurfing, six town golf courses, public tennis courts and tons of day hikes and secluded beaches to explore. Plus there's always day excursions to Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket, or an adventure to the outer cape.
