*Nightly rates greatly reduced after first 3 nights. Off-season rentals of 6 nights get the 7th night FREE.
October through May--$200/night for 1rst 3 nights; after that $100/night for 4-6; 7th night is free.
Thanksgiving has a 4-night minimum. Massachusetts school vacation weeks have a 6 night minimum.
Bed-linens included in all rentals--no extra fees! Towels provided for air travelers only. Guests traveling by auto bring their own towels or rent from a local service that delivers.
Pets stay free! Owner approval required.
A refundable cleaning/security deposit of $200-$600 will also apply--depends on length of stay and party make-up.
Personal checks and online payment by credit cards accepted. Bank wire transfers are NOT accepted.
We rent to responsible, non-smoking adults--No smoking anywhere on the property.

Turtle Cove Cottage is centrally located on mid-Cape Cod with easy access to all points including Provincetown, the National Seashore, and Martha's Vineyard. Located in a quiet, friendly, residential, South Yarmouth neighborhood within 1/2 mi. walking distance of stores and fine restaurants on Rte. 28, the Cottage is just a few steps to a sandy, safe, fresh-water beach and just around the corner from a boat docking area. There are 5 public golf courses within a few miles. Public bus transportation is nearby and for those who are interested, it is possible to vacation here without the use of an automobile.
