We rented one of the 4 BR units for our extended family (8 people, including 1 teenager and 1 child). The Yachtsman condos are affordable and convenient, with pool, beach and about a 1-mile walk to the center, and 0.6 miles to the active harbor. Everything is kept in very good shape, except the beach which is littered with sea shells that can be bothersome. They provide twice daily garbage pick-up and keep the units in good shape.
