The only house on a private island, perfect for large gatherings. Spruce Island is a seventy-three acre private island off Deer Isle/Stonington, Maine. There are many places to explore and things to do. Dress up as pirates and entertain your children (pirate outfits provided); enjoy campfires on the shore; drive golf balls into the ocean and collect them at low tide; explore other small islands around Spruce (4 kayaks and 2 rowboats provided); swim in a fresh water quarry on near-by island.
