We had a great time visiting Maine, and a fantastic time at the Old Community House. It felt as though we were coming home, and we look forward to one day returning to Maine again. Stay at the house allowed us to relax, laugh, explore our new surroundings, go fishing off the dock. Everything we needed was within walking or...

Paypal with 3.5%-4% fee accepted. Cancellations accepted in writing, 60 days prior deposit reimb minus 50$ admin fee. Less than 60 days deposit kept or returned if unit rented to someone else, minus 50$ admin fee.Dock and mooring charged per foot of boat lengh/per day. Sea kayak 25$/day/w gear . No parties allowed on premises, no wood fire.
