Neaum Crag is a secluded estate of individually privately owned properties at the Heart of the English Lake District and is set in 18 acres of south facing wooded hillside. Located a short walk from Skelwith Bridge in an area of complete seclusion at the foot of the Langdale Valley, where walking is literally at its very best. Yet only a few minutes drive from the restaurants, cafes and Inns of Ambleside.

would stay again but needs a bit of a refurb on some small issues ie bathroom. location great nice to see anumals coming to french doors for brekfast. would be nice with a memory foam mattress more

Perfectly situated between Ambleside, Grasmere, and Elterwater - all accessible by car within 10 minutes. Good pub at Elterwater - The Britannia Inn. After finding Badgers Walk online, viewing the photos and comments, and thinking what great value for money, we booked a 2 night stay for January. Badgers Walk overlooks a small tarn in an area of complete seclusion at the foot of the Langdale valley, where walking is literally at its very best.
The breathtaking scenery in this setting has to be seen to be believed, and this little two-person paradise is an ideal place to escape and get away from it all.
This modern ground floor retreat provides a contemporary atmosphere with every comfort taken care of.
The accommodation comprises:

Sheltered entrance porch with entrance hall.
Open plan lounge/dining room with patio doors overlooking the tarn and opening onto a private patio, complete with furniture.
