This property is in the south end of the island. The driveway has plenty of room for multiple cars and an overhang for parking under for one vehicle.
The front door opens to the stairs and the kitchen to the right and the living room to the left. The living room has great, comfy couches and ample space. The TV is a bit dated but adequate. The house has functioning wifi and xfinity cable.
The kitchen stove is also a bit dated but it is in fine working condition. The kitchen is well stocked for extensive and complicated cooking, including oven mits, baking sheets, measuring cups and plenty of pans and serving trays. In fact, they even have a cast iron pan, which I love. I brought my favorite knife and some tongs, which I was glad to have. The bac porch has a charcoal grill.
To the right of the kitchen is a bed and bath. They are both fine . . . just a bit dated and worn. Plumbing in the bathroom works but could be updated.
