Arriving tired after a long drive, the staff at Casa Grandview welcomed us with a quick and easy check in and nice orientation to the property and services. The Coco Plum cottage was very nice and welcoming with snacks, drinks, coffee and comfortable accommodations . The kitchen was extremely well stocked and had everything we needed to prepare several nice meals. Waking up to Cheryl's wonderful special order breakfast was a joy we looked forward to each day. Greetings by the resident pups (Lucy and Raleigh) and stimulating conversation with Kirk was a perfect way to start each morning. The property is just lovely. They have done an excellent job maximizing the space for privacy and it has a lush, tropical feel. Little extra touches around each corner make exploring the grounds a real treat. Both pools are beautiful. This was my first visit to Casa Grandview but it will not be my last!

Casa Grandview Coco plum Cottage is as warm and as inviting as its owners are! We have been fortunate to stay at many luxury resorts around the country. However we gave them up. 19 dollar bowls of cereal, 14 dollar pots of coffee and you wait thirty minutes. We gave up on the Breakers (go have a drink or dinner there) but then hurry back to you own 4 star cottage with cozy amenities in its two bedrooms, 2 baths, full kitchen and nice sized living area. The pool was right out back and it was in walking distance to the 350 million dollar , 5 star city place mall...The neighborhood is safe, the cottage and grounds secure. No room service. Who cares. the money we saved, we spent on great local eateries, picnics prepared in our kitchen that we brought to the beach (easy drive 4 mins) and even a private speed boat rental that we did twice and explored the waterways. Coco plum is a cottage house anongst other houses in a residential area. Its a home away from home with a friendly,helpful...
