Whilst the apartment was fine I was disappointed to find the washing machine wasn't working and bizarrely couldn't find a kettle anywhere although this might disappoint UK clients more than USA as there was a coffee machine. However, a word of warning is this owner prefers to send the deposit back by cheque which can take 6-8 weeks to cash. We had numerous emails back & forth to try to get our deposit back and although the owner eventually sent it back by bank transfer it still took a good 7 weeks and was less than we were expecting back due to 'bank fees'. Also there were no instructions on how to enter the property (which was by key fob) we had to rely on waiting for someone to come out of the building, hence the 'poor' rating.
