The Claddaugh is located nearer I-70 making access to travel easy and quick on the south side of Sarasota. The beaches are another 20-30 minutes away in the other direction, not counting traffic lights and there are many. Nice home: spacious, clean and comfortable. Needs lighting in the dining living rooms. Oddly, the family room doesn't have a TV but...

Sarasota boasts one of the finest beaches in Florida "The Siesta Key beach" which is only 10 mines drive from the home where you can experience the most breathtaking sunsets.

The city is also the cultural capital of Florida and houses the John Ringling Museum of Modern Art and also the spectular Selby Botanical Gardens.
The sun worshiper, the dedicated shopper, the keen golfer, the angler, the water sports enthusiast and the "culture vulture" will all find that their tastes are catered for within Sarasota!

For the more adventurous taste, the world famous Busch Garden Theme Park is just over an hours drive away in Tampa. This has some of the most exhilarating roller coaster rides for you to experience. Close by is also Cypress Gardens.

There are many excellent golf courses within a 30-minute drive. Guests flying from Europe via Atlanta can catch connections to either Tampa (75 minute drive) or Sarasota/Bradenton Airport (15 minute drive).

The beautiful beaches on Siesta Key are a short drive away, and Longboat Key and St Armand's Circle are about a 25-minute drive. There is a number of large shopping malls close by, as well as a range of large stores.
