Additional Rate and Availability Information
Bookings are technically for 28 days, Sanibel law prohibits us from taking short term bookings. . We do normally give you the entire month for the quoted rate whether the month is 28 days or 31 days. A security deposit of $250 is required to hold a booking. This deposit will be refunded to the renter within 2 weeks of the unit being checked out by the cleaning service once the term of the lease has expired. Purchase of trip/damage insurance is strongly suggested, and if so, the $250 can be refunded immediately after check-in.

Our property is located on a cul-de-sac and borders a quiet tropical lake. Wildlife is attracted to the peaceful surroundings giving the property a "nature preserve" feel. We are a short walk to the beach and a short drive to local stores. Our garage and driveway off ample private parking.
