    Located in the very desirable Sand Pointe Gulf front complex, complete with private beach access, beautiful landscaped grounds, a small lagoon and a larger than typical size heated pool . Never worry about getting a pool chair at Sand Pointe any time of year. The grounds are very tropical with the small lagoon, palm trees , beautiful landscaping, and at night is stunning with landscaping lighting. We are located on the first floor above the parking area so you are just steps to the pool, and from there only about 60 steps to the beach .

    Sanibel Island is located off the coast of Ft. Myers, on the Gulf coast of Florida. Our Sand Pointe complex is located on the Gulf of Mexico, centrally located on the island, just west of the intersection of West Gulf Dr. and Tarpon Bay Road. It is on the quiet west end of Sanibel Island . It is conveniently located on the paved multi-use trail , which travels 22 miles around the island and is used for biking, walking, running and rollerblading. The condo is also conveniently located to the Bailey's full service grocery store ( complete with excellent deli, bakery & coffee bar ) , a frozen yogurt shop, a small cinema and many excellent restaurants . Parking at Sand Pointe is free and you park under the building. Trailers or campers may not be left at Sand Pointe.

My wife and I stayed in Sand Pointe 112 in May 2014. Dealing with the owner Julie was great; we found everything as advertised. The unit is clean, well equipped and very roomy. This is an excellent place to vacation with small children. The condo is quiet and close to the pool and beach. There are beach toys, videos, games and puzzles available for use.
