Just checked out of this property on Wednesday of this week. Unit 707 needs some serious work done to it as well as a deep cleaning.
The toilet seat is cracked through on the secondary bathroom. The tile through out the place is dirty. Tile in shower looks to have mold starting.
Top of refrigerator was dirty.
The door to the balcony was a total hack job. A rusty dead bolt and the door did not seal properly.
The charge to clean the place was $150.00 for my 3 day stay. I wish the prior people's cleaning fee was actually used to clean the condo.
The place needs paint, deep cleaning and some updates.
Would not stay there again.
