The condo is located in fashionable Downtown Miami opposite Bayfront Park and close to transport, restaurants, bars, shoppping , the Arsht Center of Performing Arts, the Knights Concert Hall, the American Airlines Arena and many International Hotels.There are always activies near by , like music festivals, book fairs etc. The Miami University is very close too. The Condo is on the 37th floor so you can enjoy beautifull views of Brickell, the Port and water day and night.
