Let me start off by saying that this experience was wonderful. By the Sea Vacation Villas staff was great! Very professional and caring, the whole rental experience was great. The house worked well for us. We had 9 adults and a 8 month old baby, and we had plenty of room. The bedrooms were good sized, the one complaint would be the Futon was not fit for an adult, and was uncomfortable. The backyard and the furniture outside was awesome, we spent alot of time outside. The view from the backyard was breathtaking. We would see on a very regular basis, incredible boats and yachts come by. So here are just a few minor things I would have liked to know before arriving at the house. The linens were kinda old. There were bath towels that were a little tattered and no hand towels. There also were no beach towels. There was only two rolls of toilet paper one in each bathroom, which obviously wasn't a good thing.
