ALL PRICES INCLUDE state and local taxes (13%), solar pool heating (good,even in winter under favourable conditions), utilities, unlimited phone calls to NA, gas BBQ (you replace empty gas cylinder, as required), house safe, child crib,high chair, stroller. if required etc.
CHARGEABLE EXTRAS The only optional extra charge is for winter pool heat but only if you request this option(see below).
REDUCED WEEKLY RATES for 2 weeks. 5% discount.
Longer stays at lower rates are negotiable. Please ask.
A shorter stay of LESS THAN 7 NIGHTS MAY BE POSSIBLE, depending on season, how well it fits with existing bookings and whether it does not block the calendar for longer bookings (e.g Where a short booking will fill an existing short gap). Cleaning fees of up $90 may apply for a short stay. Please ask.
BOOKING DEPOSIT. $100/week booked.

Located in the quiet neighborhood of Country Creek Estates the villa is just minutes from the US192 with its numerous restaurants and shops but set in a semi-rural location next to the Shingle Creek regional and conservation park. Google it for more details. Fishing, canoeing, hiking, walking.
With a double garage and drive the villa has plenty of off street parking. Whilst we would recommend visitors have their own transport for this type of vacation, it is close enough to the US192 and the main bus routes that provide a frequent service to the surrounding area - including Disney and the other parks, to make it a pratical base for non-drivers.
With Orlando's world-leading vacation facilities and ameneties, all within a short drive of the villa, you will never want for something to do or somewhere to visit. However, when the frenetic and exhausting activities start to take their toll, you have your own quiet retreat to enjoy the quieter and more natural pleasures of Florida.
