Most of the major attractions were around 20 minutes away. Quiet residential complex with good central outdoor heated pool area and Walmart supermarket very near by. Plenty of room in the town house and well maintained.

Additional Rate and Availability Information

Rates include 13% Sales tax and utilities, which are electricity, air con and water, free use of the resort and free parking. So no nasty surprises the only thing that is added is a £80 cleaning fee.
Short rentals offered for 4 nights minimum stay during low Season and Spring, please ask if required during other season as may have some availability.

Heating swimming pool is recommend during the months of October -March. Swimming pool can be heated for £10 per night this is an optional extra.

£200 Deposit is required to confirm booking, with final balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
We can accept credit cards via our own website.

Please ask if you need another home for weddings or for large parties as our manager has several available on the same resort.
