We stayed in the Royal Acai Palm 1 this March and were very pleased with the entire experience. The booking process was simple and the houses pictures are exactly what you get and the place was spotless. We rented on a last minute deal and recieved a small discount offer which helped us in our decision of which house we wanted to choose. We did have a bit of trouble with our pool heat that was prepaid for and not working when we arrived on Saturday and the water was cold. We could not get a hold of the emergency contact people and had to wait until Monday morning when the Villas management people were back in the offices. The problem was fixed when we returned back to the house that night after visiting Disney and we were able to enjoy a nice warm swim. I have stayed at 4 other houses in the area in the past and really liked the fact that we didn't have to prepare sheets and towels in the laundry when we left.
