I stayed on Shark Key with my Mum, aged 82, husband and niece.
We had an enjoyable stay using both the pool area, the lagoon and the kayaks.
Firstly the house, the kitchen had a lot of equipment & utensils and had a good stock of dry foods which we found extremely useful. The lounge area was really comfortable and sociable and the lanai was great for eating out. Both double en-suite bedrooms on this floor were well presented and in good working order, and especially the bedroom facing the lagoon was lovely. The master bedroom on the top floor was very well presented but the carpet on the stairs up to the master bedroom was threadbare which seemed out of keeping with the property. There were also broken tiles on the top floor patio which required attention and we felt that these points let the property down.
