Shipyard is a closed community complex with a pool and lush tropical gardens located walking distance from Zachary Taylor Park (great beach and picnic area with pine trees), the Harry Truman's Little White House, Duval Street and Old Town Key West. Restaurants and night life easy to find on Duval Street and other streets nearby as well as shops and museums. Unit has one parking spot and you can either walk or rent a bike or electric car for transportation. This is truly a home away from home.
