my family stayed 5 nights so i was able to negotiate a reduced rate since rentals require minimum 7 nights stay but owner did not have 7 nights available for our week. overall the unit was bright, clean and comfortable. the view of the ocean from the master BR was spectacular, with its floor to ceiling window. kitchen was nicely appointed with all modern amenities. only drawback to kitchen was the LED lights hung low for person my height (i'm 6'4"). so after smacking my head a few times i learned to dodge them just fine. bathrooms were updated with marble throughout. only disappointment was that unit had one TV, but owner had warned us ahead of time so we knew what to expect. overall a great value for the location. kids enjoyed the pool and easy beach access.
