The best thing about this room is the porch. The view from the porch is excellent. You can see dolphins and manatees if you are very attentive, and the sunsets are riviting. October was a great time to open the windows and doors and enjoy the breeze. I spent a lot of time on the porch reading. I also enjoyed biking. I got my bike from Bike Bistro (they were awesome). The bridge to Sanibel is right there. The car toll is 6$ but bikes are free. The bike trails on Sanibel are really good, and an avreage cyclist can make it over the bridge.
The decor is really nice (posh). I didn't give this place a 5, because the king bed was a bit too soft, the pillows too fluffy, and our friends wanted the a/c on at night and I went from hot to cold. In the king room with the windows open you could hear the waves lap on the shore. Friends were staying in 335 (different owner) and that was even prettier.
