The highlight of this property is definitely its location at the junction of some Intracoastal canals. There are great views from almost every room in the house and we enjoyed watching paddleboarders, kayakers and boaters . We lucked into some warmer-than-normal sunny weather ( in January ) so made good use of the pool and dock. The house is older but very clean, attractively furnished and comfortable. It's located in a nice residential neighbourhood about a 15 minute walk/ 5 minute drive to a supermarket, a few stores and a couple of restaurants. John and Candy , the owners, were very helpful. They met us on arrival ,explained the operation of some of the appliances,etc and left us a binder of information on the house, attractions in the area and local restaurants.
