    Unit 105 located on the first floor on the south end of the building. It is one level above the pool deck. Large three bedroom, three bath unit. Fantastic direct ocean front views. Other condos available, check with owner.

    Underground private secure parking, fully equipped exercise facility. Recreation Room with public WiFi, Large swimming pool and a separate hot tub.

    This is one of the most desirable areas in South Daytona Beach Shores.
    There are plenty of restaurants, shopping, marinas and out-door activities close by. Ponce Inlet is just south of the condo.
