We rented this unit (actually two units connected) for 3 nights. Great access to the beach and other amenities on Daytona Beach. The units are well laid out and have a great view of the water. The feedback for improvement is that the beds were not very comfortable (very noisy when you sit on/move around on). Also stocking it with toilet tissue would be recommended/helpful. Outside the direct control of the unit owner is a a need for the Hawaiian Inn to provide more luggage carts and get ones that fit on the elevator easily. The front desk stated there were multiple carts but we never saw more than one. Also, the (north) elevator is fairly slow and small and getting the cart on and off took some maneuvering. Norm, maintenance gentleman, was very friendly -- we met him briefly upon arrival but did not need his services during our stay.
