The place is 100% and worth coming back to.

Very clean house and big with huge sun room and 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms...all on the side of a relaxing lake. We spended all the nights just at the back of the house admiring super sunsets ...memorable moments for me and my wife. We will be back!

The owners they are comprehensive and super!

The restaurants and cinema, shopping centers everything is close buy ...especially all the most beautiful popular beaches are very close buy only 10 minutes to Hollywood Beach, Fort Lauderdale and Dania Beach. 30 minutes to Miami.

Get this only took us 5 minutes to go from the Fort Luderdale Airport to the house. Great!

Once again will be back and will share our experiences with others that would be interested. They will surely appreciate your house! thank's!

New Waterfront Mobile House To REnt In Florida (1800 square feet) with 4 bedrooms which the master bedroom has it's own bathroom and walk-in closet. 1 big kitchen, 1 living room, 1 dining room 2.5 bathrooms, 1 mudroom and a very big sunroom all overlooking the unique and calm lake which often has a magnificent sunset at the end of the day.
The house is situated in a secure and clean community which offers alot of activities : ext.big salted and heated pool with jacuzzi and private community beach. Therre is aslo golf bowling, petancle, shuffleboard, tennis and basketball courts, fishing and at night dining and dancing at the community hall.
The house is unique and decorated with the Noa's Arch theme.
Welcome to all and especially long term renters (5 months ...)

Our house is very close to 3 major popular beaches: Hollywood Beach, Fort Lauderdale Beach, Dania Beach, (10 minutes).
Also 30 minutes to Miami Beach and 3.5 hours to Disney World.

Cette maison mobile neuve sur le bord de l'eau à louer en Floride ce trouve de grandeur 1800 pieds carrées avec 4 chambres à couchers (dont la chambre des maîtres a sa propre salle de bain et son propre walk-in closet, 2.5 chmabres de bain, 1 salon ,1 salle à dîner, 1 salle de lavage et un très grand salorium tous donnant accès à la belle vue sur le lac qui bien souvent est en harmonie avec un magnifique coucher de soleil.
Cette maison est située dans une communauté sécuritaire et très propre et l'on y retrouve 50% de francophone qui participent activement à plusieurs activitées dont la grande piscine chauffée ext. au sel, jacuzzi, plage privé communautaire, salle communautaire ou l'on y retrouve soupers et danses.
Il y a aussi possibilité de jouer à la pétancle, au shuffleboard, tennis, ballon-panier, table de billard et salle de quille...
Cette maison est unique et décorée avec le thème l'arche de Noé et dans chaques chambres il y a des surprises qui vous attendent.Bienvenue à tous et surtout les gens qui voudraient louer pour 5 mois et plus.

Notre maison est bien proche des plages les plus belles et populaires
(10 minutes ) de les plages de Hollywood, Fort Lauderdale et Dania.

Également 30 minutes de Miami et 3.5 heures de Walt Disney.
