We enjoyed our stay very much. The home is close to everything you could want. Very comfortable and relaxing. The home has everything in it you could need. The canal is peaceful. Plenty of room.

Centrally located in Cape Coral near the intersection of Veterans Memorial Parkway and Santa Barbara Boulevard. Freshwater canal runs behind the pool/lanai area.
The property is very private and the neighborhood is quiet and safe.
Enjoy the privacy of our property and the convenience of our neighbourhood. No neighbours on all three sides of the pool/lanai area create a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere.
Shopping is less than five minutes away by car. If your energetic you can reach most stores on footin less than 10 minutes. Publix grocery store, Target Supersenter, Lowes, Banks, Restaurants and several other retailers are in the same shopping complex just minutes away. There is an abundance of restaurants, banks and other retailers is our neighbourhood.
Other major shopping areas are less than twenty minutes away.
Our location makes getting to the beaches easy and they are less than half an hour away.
The Waterpark and Eco center are within 15 minutes.
You don't have to go far to fnd the things you need.
