Wij hebben de kans gehad om een week in deze prachtige villa te verblijven, de mooie decoratie en sfeervolle inrichting hebben zeker bijgedragen aan het aangename verblijf!! Ook het extra grote zwembad werd zeer goed gebruikt door onze kinderen, menig plezierig uurtje in doorgebracht.
De communicatie met de eigenaars verliep uiterst soepel en er wordt heel snel geantwoord en alle hulp geboden om het verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken.
De locatie is perfect, om de hoek liggen winkels, zoals een super Wal*Mart en een Publix, restaurants en ook de zee is niet heel ver weg. De villa aan het water, zorgt voor een geweldige ervaring.
Voor ons waren er geen minpunten en wij zijn blij om komende zomer weer terug te gaan naar Villa Makani!!!!

Local activities : For those who like to venture out, Villa Makani is in a desirable section of Cape Coral and close to a variety of stores, restaurants, and entertainment, including cruises and fishing charters.
The Villa is near the Veteran’s Memorial (or Midpoint) Bridge to Fort Myers. Not only is Fort Myers the location of the spring training camp of the Boston Red Sox baseball team, it has beaches, restaurants, entertainment, and more. One of the more popular historical attractions is the Edison & Ford Winter Estates, which includes their homes, gardens, lab, and museum.
Sanibel Island is approximately a half hour drive and Captiva Island and Naples are approximately an hour drive from Villa Makani.
Eco-tourism: In addition, within walking distance of Villa Makani is the Four Mile Cove Ecological Preserve. There are over 6,000 feet of nature trails, picnic areas, and (seasonal) kayak rentals.
