The trip was planned for my 27th birthday. Everything was perfect and we had so much fun. The ski hill was just a short walk as were bars and excellent restaurants. Additional Location Information
Our corner unit, 2 level 1277sq ft condo is located at the base of Durango Mountain Ski Resort at Purgatory Mountain with views facing the Needles Mountains. We are a slope-side property, approximately a 3minute walk to the high-speed lifts (about 150M to the lifts), a 30 second walk to the lodge and pool, fitness and hot tub, and a minute walk to the Village.

The Durango Mountain Resort at Purgatory is an excellent location between Historic Durango and Silverton. We are approximate 30 minutes North of Historic Downtown Durango and 40 minutes south of Silverton. You can buy and pick up Durango-Silverton Railway tickets in advance, the catch the train at the Rockwood station 12 minutes drive from our condo. Many guests prefer this option as it saves an hour off the long train ride, eliminating the "flat" section.

DRO Durango Airport is our closest, approximately 1 hour from our home. ABQ airport is a 4 hr drive, we have flown into that airport and driven to Durango many times to save on ticket costs. Frontier airlines offers good rates into Durango.
