My wife & I stayed here with our nearly teenage son at the end of June. I was a bit concerned about the A/C, because there was unseasonably high temperatures that week. I have to say the A/C is quite reasonable for an old home.
Backing up a bit, the owner was very easy to work with and had very detailed information on the house, the furnishings and the surrounding area. We were in Sacramento for a wedding, and found the location on F Street between 10th & 11th was ideal for a wedding at the Cathedral of the Blassed Sacrament and a reception at the Elks Lodge. The Capitol is close by as is Caesar Chavez park.
Wish we had more time to just sit and relax, but we will definitely stay here again as Sacramento is close to where some of our family live.
