Rent all three and you have the entire property to yourselves. They are each individually priced, starting at $425 per night to $550 per night, depending on number of occupants, time of year and or length of stay. Price you see here is based on one unit. Stayed in largest condo with 9 mom friends who all have students at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. Great location! We took a morning walk on the beach and dinner downtown at Splash Café - which by the way has the best clam chowder on the planet! Easy drive to SLO. Clean and well appointed condo. Weekends require a two or three night stay when renting all three units and higher rates do apply occasionally of special events, holidays and high demand weeks. There is a cleaning fee (dependent on one, two or three unit rental and number of occupants), 11% tax on rent only when less than 30 nights, refundable security deposit applies per suite. Minimum stay of 2 -7 nights depending on event in the area and time of year and multiple units rented. Contact the owner for pricing. Email or call the owner for longer term rates.
