Although this came under a rental company,I found it best to have contact with the owner who was very helpful. He told us where to obtain keys and car parking permit. All very clean and tidy on our arrival. Although kitchen area was small it was very well equipt, large cooker,large fridge freezer with ice maker,dishwasher (i would have preferred a washing machine/drier) kettle, coffee maker, toaster,liquidiser and electric hand whisk.
Furniture in living/dining area adequate. Queen bed and good hanging space in bedroom.small T.V in both rooms.
Bath room had bath with shower attachment, wc and basin.
Balcony off bedroom with small table and 2 chairs. from this balcony there is an excellent view of the mountains-some with snow on peaks eg Big Bear ski resort.
2tennis courts and pool area on property. This is an upper floor appt with a lift from the garage to floor 1 then 21 steps up to front door. BBQ on small terrace by front tdoor.
