"This house is located in the most beautiful parts of Malibu. The private beach right out front is serene, quiet, sandy, and overall one of the nicest beaches that Malibu had to offer. If you want privacy, this beach is the place for you. The balcony overlooks the beautiful blue ocean, and more times that I can count did I see pods of dolphins playing right before my eyes. The house is clean, modern, and a great place to relax. The sun rises and sunsets are breathtaking with the islands to your right. There is friendly surf right out front; great for boogie boarding, surfing and stand-up paddle. There is also a fantastic surf spot walking distance from this place that offers nice, gentle long rides... the epitome of Malibu surfing. Neptunes Net, which is no further than 1/8 of a mile has top of the line seafood and a great place to snack after a surf session or to bring back home with you for dinner. Kyle and Amber are very friendly and will go out of the way their way for you to have an enjoyable and relaxing stay. I would not choose any other spot to stay in Malibu than this place... it truly is a slice of heaven."
